Maureen loves helping people help themselves. She has found her own experience living with diabetes has given her a compassion and understanding for her clients' journey that she could not have grasped any other way. She brings that understanding and her passion for wellness into her daily work as she helps others learn how to take care of themselves and achieve a better quality of life. She has been a certified diabetes educator for six years, and is a certified trainer for insulin pumps, glucose sensors and weight loss.
When she's not working, she loves to be in the out-of-doors, hiking, cycling, mountain biking and cross-country skiing. She also likes to do yoga, meditate, read and cook.
