Board certified: Neurology

Dr. Kevin J. Sullivan graduated from the University of Portland and earned his medical degree at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland. After an internship at San Bernardino County General Hospital in California, he completed his residency in neurology at the University of Colorado Medical Center. Dr. Sullivan served in the U.S. Army as a staff neurologist and assistant chief of neurology at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu. He also was a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Hawaii School of Medicine. A board-certified neurologist, Dr. Sullivan is a fellow of the American Academy of Neurology. He was a consultant in neurology for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Social Security Administration. For many years he directed the Southern Oregon Muscular Dystrophy Clinic.
