Providence

Dr. Petersen graduated from University of Oregon and went on to complete his medical degree at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), where he also completed his internship and residency. He later finished his cardiology fellowship at the University of Southern California. Dr. Petersen's primary focus at Providence Heart Clinic at The Oregon Clinic Gateway is implantation of cardiac electrical devices (electrophysiology) and general cardiology. He is board certified in cardiology and internal medicine. Dr. Petersen is also a member of the Multnomah Medical Society and the American College of Cardiology.
