Biography

Brendan Curti, M.D., earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. His internship and residency in internal medicine were completed at Hershey Medical Center, followed by an oncology fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Curti is board-certified in medical oncology and internal medicine.

“Over the last 20 years, there have been many advances in cancer research. It has been a privilege for me to participate in some of this work and a pleasure to know many courageous patients who contributed to the research by volunteering to receive new medicines to fight their cancer.”

Dr. Curti holds two positions within Providence Cancer Center. He's the director of genitourinary oncology research at the Robert W. Franz Cancer Research Center in the Earle A. Chiles Research Institute, and also the director of Providence Biotherapy Program. Before joining Providence Cancer Center, Dr. Curti served as a senior investigator in the Biological Response Modifiers Program, Division of Cancer Treatment, at the National Cancer Institute.
