James Kyser, M.D., joined the Pediatric Cardiology Center of Oregon as an interventional cardiologist in July, 2005.
Dr. Kyser received his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio, and completed his pediatric residency training at Kaiser Oakland Pediatrics in California. He returned to Ohio for his pediatric cardiology fellowship training at Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital in Cleveland. There he was well-trained in interventional catheterization procedures, including the latest developments in the use of cutting balloons, placement of intravascular stents, device closures of septal defects, and percutanous pulmonary (Melody valves).
