Dr. Sales is an orthopedic spine surgeon focusing on minimally invasive, complex spine procedures and reconstruction. He founded the Summit Spine clinic in 2007. Dr. Sales earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College and completed a residency in orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation at Oregon Health & Science University. He chose to focus exclusively on spine surgery, and completed a spine surgery fellowship at San Francisco Spine Institute and a spinal trauma fellowship at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
 
Outside of his practice, Dr. Sales enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with his wife and two children.
