Roy Jan joined the Providence St. Vincent hospitalist group in 2006. He has helped write many of our standardized pediatric order sets, written an orientation manual for new hospitalists, and serves as one of our Emergency Department liaisons.
Outside of his time at the hospital, Dr. Jan is involved with Hands On Portland, a local volunteer organization, and is a Big Sib in Portland's Big Sib-Little Sib Program; helping at-risk youth. He enjoys hiking, traveling, surfing and playing the piano in his free time. Dr. Jan is trilingual in English, Mandarin, and Spanish. One of his professional goals is to participate in medical missions to third-world countries.
