Gately Academy's student ambassador program is a student leadership training program. Ambassadors have exclusive duties, such as leading school tours for visitors, hosting students who visit for a day and helping to set up and greet at special events. Ambassadors also collect daily attendance for the school and assist at the front desk. Ambassadors are required to keep homework current, attend weekly meetings and demonstrate good behavior at home and in all classes.
Providence Youth Services offers a distinct program for adolescents: Gately Academy. This private middle school is designed specifically for students with ADD/HD and/or learning disabilities. Gately Academy offers a unique multisensory educational setting for students in 4th through 8th grades who are challenged by attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and other learning differences.
