Running is a great way to get in shape, but getting started can be difficult for beginners. If you dream of getting in shape for a 5K, Providence cardiologist James Beckerman, M.D., is here to help. He has developed a training program for people who want to complete a 5K run. You can run a 5K too! Get inspired by some of the participants in this
