Providence Beginnings teams special nurses and social workers together with doctors and midwives to provide a variety of services to help support women who have special needs during pregnancy. Providence Beginnings is offered free of charge to all women whose babies will be born at a Portland area Providence Hospital (hospital services only for Kaiser members) or who are insured by Providence Health Plan.
