Fulgencio del Castillo, M.D., completed a seven-year Integrated Liberal Arts and Medicine program at the University of the Philippines, combining two years of pre-medical courses with medicine proper.
He was a pediatric resident at Children's Hospital of Austin, and was an MCHB (Maternal and Child Health Bureau) fellow in behavioral and developmental pediatrics at the University of Maryland Baltimore.
Dr. del Castillo is board certified in developmental-behavioral pediatrics.
