Biography
Amy Schultz, Ph.D. is enthusiastic about her collaboration with the Providence Brain and Spine Institute's Cognitive Assessment Clinic. Dr. Schultz received her degree in clinical psychology from Arizona State University. She completed her clinical internship at the Portland Veterans Affairs Medical System and postdoctoral training in older adult psychology through Harvard Medical School and the Boston Consortium.
