Dr. David Wilson partners with us from Wilson Ear Clinic in Portland. He was one of the first surgeons in the state of Oregon to perform cochlear implant surgery as well as one of the first to perform surgery for acoustic neuromas. His pioneering ways and leadership have extended beyond the regional to the national level. He holds leadership positions in several national organizations for otolaryngologists.
His research activities have been broad-based within otology/neurotology, and he has presented his work at numerous regional and national meetings. He has also published in several peer-reviewed journals.
He is a fellow of the Triological Society, the American Neurotology Society, the American Otological Society, the Oregon Academy of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery.
A husband, a father of 4, and grandfather of 5, Dr. Wilson enjoys golfing and fly fishing as well as spending time with his family.
