Andrew Rontal, M.D., is a board certified neurologist that treats general neurology patients with a focus on stroke. He joins Providence after completing a vascular neurology fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University.
Dr. Rontal served as a volunteer physician in clinics in Tanzania and Peru. He is married with a three-year-old son and enjoys spending time with family. In addition, he enjoys skiing, cycling, hiking and canoeing and is a music lover. He studied bass guitar full-time for a year at The Collective in New York City. His travels to Africa, Europe, South America and the South Pacific allow him to speak some Spanish, French and Swahili.
