Michael Lefor, M.D, received his bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of Portland, and his M.D. from Oregon Health & Science University. He completed his internship and residency at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle and his pulmonary and critical care fellowship at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City.
Dr. Lefor is board-certified with the American Boards of Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.
