Financial counselors are available at each hospital to talk with you about your Providence health care bills. Please use the directions below, or ask at the admitting desk for assistance in finding the business office.

Providence Portland Medical Center
Enter the hospital through the main entrance. Proceed toward the waiting area and gift shop. At the first hallway, turn left. The Tower Café will be to your right and the inpatient admitting desk will be to your left. Immediately past the admitting desk, turn left (signs indicate you're heading toward the ER). The business office will be on your left in that hallway.

Providence St. Vincent Medical Center
Enter the hospital through the main entrance. Proceed through the main lobby toward the green elevators. Turn right. At the first hallway on the right, turn right again. The business office is the first door on your right.

Providence Newberg Medical Center
Enter the hospital through the main entrance. At the second hallway, turn right. The business office is located four doors down on the left.

Providence Milwaukie Hospital
Enter the hospital through the main entrance (next to the emergency entrance). Turn left and proceed through the waiting area toward the information and admitting desk. The business office is to the right, adjacent to the information and admitting desk.

Providence Seaside Hospital
Enter the hospital through the main entrance. Because our business office is difficult to find, please ask the employee at the admitting desk to call us. A representative will come to escort you to our office.

Providence Medford Medical Center
Enter the hospital through the main (north) entrance. Proceed to the admitting desk. The business office is on the left, adjacent to the admitting desk.

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital
Enter the hospital through the main entrance. Proceed past the volunteer station and turn right. Continue up the hallway ramp. The business office is located on the right side, before the hallway turns.

Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center
Enter the hospital through the main entrance. Proceed through the lobby, pass through the double doors and turn right. When you reach the Diagnostic Imaging Waiting Area turn right and approach the reception desk. The receptionist will direct you to the financial counselor's office a few steps away.
