Our immediate care clinics provide treatment for minor illnesses or injuries that do not require hospitalization but need direct attention.
Now offering extended hours for children's immediate care
We understand your child may need health care after 5 p.m., that's why we offer children's immediate care seven days a week from noon to 9 p.m. Should your child need emergency care, Providence St. Vincent Medical Center has a
children's emergency room with pediatricians available 24/7.
Patients with life-threatening injuries, accidental poisonings, behavioral health or chemical dependency issues, or those who might be victims of a crime (such as an assault) should be seen in a hospital emergency department. In addition, if you experience a
life-threatening injury or illness at any time, call
911 immediately or visit the nearest hospital emergency room.
To reach any of our immediate care clinics, please call 503-215-9900. Save time at the clinic by printing and filling out this
patient information form ahead of time.
Please note: Immediate care offers a variety of services. However, patients under four months of age need to be seen in a different setting, such as an Emergency Department that offers Pediatric emergency services*. Immediate care does not provide routine immunizations or narcotic medication refills.
*Pediatric emergency services are available at several locations in the Portland metropolitan area, including the children’s emergency department at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, which provides comprehensive care for serious health conditions.
