The new Pediatric Intensive Care Unit gives Providence the opportunity to offer more children and their families compassionate and safe care, consistent with our Mission to serve the most vulnerable in our community.
The PICU builds upon our current
children’s health services and enables us to provide a connected experience of care for families already in a Providence facility. We are able to expand these services because of the significant foundation of excellence we have established over the years. It also complements our newly expanded 60-bed neonatal intensive care unit, which is the largest NICU in Oregon.
