Home and Community Services
Who We Are and What We Do
Providence Home Services provides Home Health, Hospice and Palliative Care, Home Infusion, and Home Oxygen and Medical Equipment services to customers in Oregon and Southwest Washington. We offer centralized access for convenient, immediate and multi-service referrals. Our Home Services Access Teams can fully manage all home health, hospice, infusion and home medical equipment referrals from health care providers. Providence Home Services is a fully integrated division of the Providence Home and Community Services.
