Providence Lifeline Medical Alert Service gives individuals of all ages access to personal support and at-home emergency assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It’s ideal for those recuperating at home from illness or surgery and for the elderly or physically challenged who want to remain and live more independently in their own homes.
If you are a Lifeline subscriber, you may simply press a lightweight, waterproof "help" button whenever you need assistance. The personal help button or auto alert fall detection button, which you wear, activates a small in-home unit called a communicator. A trained and caring emergency response associate will answer the call and determine what kind of help you need. Depending on the situation, the emergency response associate may call an ambulance or simply call a neighbor to assist you. The emergency response associate will then follow up to make sure help was obtained.
Lifeline is affordable.
For a reasonable monthly fee and a one-time installation fee, you can be safe, secure and happy in your home. You don't buy the Lifeline equipment, and there are no long-term contracts to sign.
