The Providence Health and Services Pathology and Diagnostic Laboratories represent a logical, essential and complimentary intersection of the art of clinical medicine with both clinical research and basic medical science research. In the landscape which is evolving between research and clinical practice, our mission is to provide the connectivity between these innovations and our patients in order to provide the best patient care and to improve the health of our patients with affordable Pathology and laboratory services.

To meet this mission, Providence Health and Services has recruited professional experts to the Pathology Medical Staff.  We provide diagnostic services in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Dermatopathology, Hematopathology, Molecular Pathology, Infectious Disease, and Cytopathology to hospitals, clinics and health care providers throughout the Pacific Northwest and Southern Oregon regions.  We are dedicated to serving our local communities and pride ourselves on accommodating the needs of our physicians, providers and patients.
