Providence Lung Cancer Clinic team members have launched a new service at no charge to providers. Referring providers may collaborate with our thoracic multidisciplinary team (expert-to-expert) to discuss patients with highly-suspected or diagnosed lung cancer. Our goal with this type of expert-to-expert collaboration is to decrease “time to treatment” for your patients following a diagnosis.
This eConsult takes place via web conferencing and allows us to share diagnostic images and pathology reports from our computers over a secure network. Our team of experts will view the reports with you and offer a multidisciplinary review of your case with a formal recommendation for you in the management of your patients.
